Refunds and Membership Roll-overs

Only up till the convention for preregistration. After the convention, it is possible to roll over to the next year but no refund. To have a membership rolled over to the next year, it must be emailed to nashumfurcon@gmail.com by the weekend before the convention. Can only be rolled over for one year.

Dealer Den- Refunds are available up to 2 months before the convention. There is no rollover membership or table to the next year if a no-show. At 4 months before the convention, an email will be sent to all vendors to confirm membership, needs, etc. If no response within 2 months of the convention, and multiple emails. We hold the right to redact the table and give it to the next on the waiting list. We do hope it doesn’t come to this. If an issue comes up in the prior 2 months, please email nashumfurcon@gmail.com and see if a solution can be reached. We will try to help with the power we have.

Refunds of badges will be case by case at the convention.
